Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from akrutiedu.com. Since our products are digital goods delivered electronically, they are non-tangible, irrevocable items. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and delivered.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is completed and access/download is granted. Please make sure you review the product description, requirements, and features carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances: Duplicate payment due to technical error. Wrong product delivered by our system (e.g., you received a different product than the one purchased). In such cases, please contact us at vinayyadav@akrutiedu.com within 3 business days of purchase, and we will review your request.
Customer Responsibility
